Unfair treatment

Just annoyed at the computers at my school's engineering labs. There are three main labs in the engineering building. One for final year students whom are doing simulations only for their project. Another is for final year students whom are doing projects with simulation and hardware. Lastly the general lab for all students to access and where classes are conducted.

Initially i thought i would be doing hardware so i applied lab space in the hardware/simulation lab. After i got the lab space, i head over to check the place and found that to my dismay, the computer specifications for the hardware/simulation lab is worse than the ones use in the general lab! Since i'm now doing simulations 100%, the speed is really killing me. Moreover the MATLAB version they are using is 2008a while the general labs are already using 2009a! My circuits end up in a jumble every time i open the ones i did in 2009a in the 2008a version. I rather do my stuff at the general lab but sometimes there are classes going on and the lecturers chase irrelevant people out of the lab. =(

So now i am stuck here with this pathetic comp. Touch wood. Better not complain too much later it breakdown.

Thesis due on Friday! OMGWTFBBQHAX

p/s: Comp specs shown below for you geeks out there.

Mine
Processor: 1.80GHz dual core
Memory: 2GB RAM
Graphics memory: 256MB

Theirs
Processor: 3GHz dual core
Memory: 3.5GB RAM
Graphics: 1024MB

Like, seriously?? WTF, man.

pp/s: On another note, I would like to get my hands on one of those....*drools*
