I can be quite stubborn regarding these matters

Remember i told you about the game that i downloaded and failed to launch? It worked yesterday after i tried to disable the firewall. The patcher managed to finish updating the files. I was thinking, "Well, still cant get my hopes high since the game is not really that popular (hence less reliable)." So when i click on the play button, it loaded the game security program... after which came out another error message saying that it can't find the specific path. Darn. I thought all's lost, so i deleted all the installed files.

However since i was really eager to try out this game, i went to the forums after that and found the troubleshoot section which was under another sub folder.... and found out that the problem i faced might have a solution. Hence.... i went back to install the whole game again. But this time i couldn't even get it to launch the patcher. After suspecting my client was corrupted (even though i successfully installed it previously and get it to patch), i went and download a new client from another source. Was too sleepy to see it end, therefore i left it to download overnight.

Next day woke up, went to check the files. Expected client size, 965MB. Downloaded client size, 886MB. FML.

Never mind. I'm not a person who gives up easily, especially something that concerns my "happiness". Let's do it again. So again, i removed the old installed files, and reinstalled. Clicked on the icon, failed. Retried, retried, retried.

At last, after consulting another few threads suggesting i remove certain file from the game folder, i'm currently.... patching the game. *relieved*

Now i just have to cross my fingers and hope that it will patch smoothly and at least, let me login to the game and get a hold of how the game looks like. Hope that the folder i deleted didn't affect the patching.....

Note to self: Backup,backup, backup.
